Payment can be made by: CREDIT CARD, PERSONAL OR BANKERS CHEQUE OR MONEY TRANSFER.------- WE SHIP WORLDWIDE----- Customer satisfaction is our goal therefore every instrument purchased from Frets comes with 24 hour approval from the time of receipt. If returning any instrument then the purchaser must pay the return shipping charges. A 10% payment will hold an instrument for 30 days but in this case the buyer forfeits their approval period. Unless previously agreed, buyer pays all shipping charges.
